You Break It, You Buy It

This design is based on the shirt Chelsea wanted to buy in episode 3 of HBO's The White Lotus, Season 3. 

The heart character was changed to resemble Chelsea with her iconic teeth, lounging at the resort.  The text above her represents the snake that bit her, with a pattern that channels Rick's printed button downs.

The letter 'Y" below her represents the snake jewelry she was eyeing right before her first brush with death.

The stars around her make up the Scorpio constellation(Rick is a Scorpio), with one star missing from her right eye.  And coincidentally, the top outline of the heart is actually the symbol for Aries, Chelsea's astrological sign!
